Instructions:
  1. Please export your Ancestry tree to a GEDCOM compliant file format. To do this from Ancestry.com, view your tree, go to "Tree Settings", select your "Home Person" in the tree, "Export tree", and save the file to your hard drive. 
  2. Rename the *.ged file to a *.txt file so our server will except it to upload.
  3. Please enter your name and email address on the form at the bottom of this page.
  4. Please select the file from your local drive and press "File Upload"
  5. You can email us @ support@iengineer.systems if you have any questions.
  6. If you have a *.jpg, png, tiff or similar image file you would like to use for the background of your poster, please email it using the link in the footer of this page, otherwise your tree will be on a white background.  Images will be stretched to fit the background.
  7. Within 24 hrs. or less (we try to do same day service) we will email you a draft graphic of your poster for review and approval.  Once we receive your email approval, we will send you a paypal link to make your payment via PayPal/credit card.
  8. Once your payment is received, we will email you a jpg of your tree in both horizontal and vertical ancestor format as well as a Microsoft Excel workbook with smart graphics of your tree that can be edited.  A worksheet containing your GEDCOM file will also be included within the Excel workbook.
  9. If desired, you can print/plot your tree using Excel, as well as upload your graphic to any online or local printer/publisher and order a hard copy of your poster.
  10. Customizations and ancestry search services via Ancestry.com are extra,  and can be quoted on an individual basis upon request.
